Garden View Apartments
LBHA’s Newest Property
Built in 2020, Garden View Apartments offer 48 affordable units designed for independent living for persons ages 55 and over. This 3-story building is set in the small town of Lebanon, Oregon (3011 S Main Rd, Lebanon, OR 97355). It is within walking distance to shopping, community gardens and on-site laundry. ADA Accessible Units are available. Each unit has fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator and stove, as well as heating and air conditioning in the unit. There are income limits for the property and Section 8 is accepted. In addition, there are some units set aside specifically for veterans working with the VASH program along with 9 project based units that have rental subsidy.
Camas Commons Apartments
Camas Commons is located at 53rd and SW Country Club Drive in Corvallis, Oregon. The 56 town homes are affordable for families at 50% of area Median Income.
Clayton Meadows Apartments
Built in 2001, at 2080 SE Queen Ave, Albany, Clayton Meadows offer safe, secure, affordable housing to individuals and couples 58 and over. It is a three-story building with elevators and has a peaceful courtyard setting with walkways and garden areas behind the building. Each unit has individually controlled electric heating and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and disposal. Income is required for these units and Section 8 is accepted.
River View Place Apartments
River View Place serves seniors, age 55 and older, whose total household income is less than 60% of the area median income.
Cottage Creek Apartments
Cottage Creek consists of three two-bedroom cottages designed for individuals needing a live-in care provider, one eight-unit studio apartment for individuals with developmental disabilities and one four-unit fully accessible apartment for seniors with mobility impairments. Cottage Creek is designed to serve elderly and disabled individuals only and features 12 studio apartments and 3 two-bedroom cottages.
Cypress Gardens Apartments
Cypress Gardens provides eight studio apartments designed for persons with disabilities. There is a large community room and a manager’s apartment.
