Linn-Benton Housing Authority is happy to introduce our landlords to a new Landlord Portal web tool. This portal will provide payment summaries along with additional services in the future.
Click the link below to access the Landlord Portal. Once there, click Register as a new user. Make sure to have the registration code from your welcome letter.

NEW INSPECTION STANDARDS
Effective October 1, 2024, NSPIRE (National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate) will replace HQS (Housing Quality Standards ) for all rental assistance programs.

What is the Section 8 Program?

Advertising and locating property has never been easier! The Housing Authority has partnered with Affordablehousing.com , which provides an enhanced program to list rental properties online. Listings are available to potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes or townhomes in the private market. It is recommended that landlords add photos to their listing for better advertising and faster lease-up.
